Marc Mastronardi is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Macy’s Inc. He recently served as General Merchandise Manager at Macy’s Inc., with responsibility for the Center Core businesses, including Intimate Apparel, Handbags, Accessories, Jewelry, Watches and Technology. He previously held Senior Vice President Roles across multiple categories and channels, including Macys.com and Men’s. Over the last 20 years, Marc has held a broad range of responsibilities including roles as Group Vice President in Merchandising functions for Men’s Apparel and Women’s Accessories businesses; and Vice President roles in Planning functions within the Women’s and Children’s businesses. Prior to Macy’s Inc., Marc worked for May Department stores in Boston holding various merchant roles.
Mastronardi is on the Board of the Fashion Scholarship Fund/YMA organization, and additionally is a member of the Executive Committee as Chairman of the Scholarship Committee. He holds a Board seat for the fashion industry organization Delivering Good, as well as an advisory Board seat for FABB.
He is an alumnus of the New York City David Rockefeller Fellows class of 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston College. He is a native New Yorker and currently resides on Long Island with his wife Erin and three children.
